Trigger
Back in 2017, as a junior SDR, I needed to create my first prospection file.
I needed one month and around 160 hours to perform this tedious task.
This is why I’ve created a workflow to automate things.
Recently I’ve posted on Linkedin and got a lot of messages about how to implement the process.
Here is a step-by-step guide.
PS: You can grab my workflow from this article. See below.
TL;DR
No time to read?
Check out this video explaining the steps to follow.
Step 1 = Extract leads
This first workflow explains how to retrieve Linkedin leads into Airtable.
Click on the button below to access your workflow.
Input
Captain Data Job (from Linkedin Sales Nav URL)
Output
Step 2 = Enrich leads
The first step to complete before launching this second workflow is to select manually with a checkbox on Airtable, which leads you to want to enroll in the process.
Click on the button below to access your workflow.
This is a security step to make sure your audience is well-segmented.
Avoid the GIGO effect: Garbage In, Garbage Out
Once this is done, launch the workflow that automatically enriches contact information with email and deliverability.

Step 3 = Engage leads
The last step is to send your target audience to your sales automation software.
Click on the button below to access your workflow.
For my use case, I’m using LaGrowthMachine, and the principle is simple.
If email deliverability = true -> Send Mail
If false -> Send Linkedin Message
Input: Enriched Lead
Output: Lead in Audience / Ready for Outreach
That’s it for today, and I hope this was helpful to you.
Don’t hesitate to ping me on Linkedin if you have any questions.
Cheers,
